TIm Burton Exhibit

On Saturday we went with the Unilodge group to the Tim Burton Exhibit. It was an INCREDIBLE dip into the brilliant mind of Tim Burton, where we were able to see costumes from movies, drawings, paintings, sketches. There were interactive pieces and we had our very own costumed tour guides!! LOL Our friends Reza & Mo dressed up as Edward Scissorhands and The Joker. We couldn't let The Joker wander around without Batman to keep him in check so Cavan got to play the good guy. The boys got all dressed up and as we walked the three blocks from our apartment to the museum we got A LOT of attention. People stopped us about every 50ft to get a picture with them. It was really funny and the boys ate up all the attention. Cavan pretended he really was Batman. He was very responsible and took his role so seriously. Mostly "helping" Declan and I. Which drove Declan crazy...

At the exhibit we got a photo of Batman with his Batmobile. I got several shots of Batman & The Joker holding hands as they were walking which was cracking us up! And we didn't want Declan to feel left out so he got to represent as well :)

After the exhibit we came back to our apartment and had a big nap. Then we had a Tim Burton Movie Marathon starting with The Nightmare Before Christmas and then James & the Giant Peach. We won J & GP!! So now I get to watch it over and over!! hehe

When we finally got settled for bed that night Cavan told us, "it was the best day of his life."
