Cutting the Electric Bill

We got our electric Bill on the 1st and after James left for school I took a look at the bill and said to the boys, "Guys, we need to cut this down." I left it on the table with my wallet and went to put some laundry away. I came back about 5 minutes later to Declan sitting at the table with the kitchen shears in hand saying, "Mom, cut. payyper cut it!" He was so proud of helping "cut" the bill!!
